I’m scheduled for a class at the gym in an hour and really not sure I have the energy. I felt similar Monday, went, and felt better after. Yesterday I cancelled because I had too much work to do and ached all over anyway. Today I’m already exhausted, have been tired and chilled all day, and had client-facing work. I’m trying to decide whether I should push through and get the tension release or if that would just be stupid because I’m too tired and run down to recover properly. I’ve got more client-facing stuff tomorrow and Friday. Help me decide! Tough-as-hell full body conditioning class I’ve already paid for or tea and a bath?
