So I've experimented with home brewing cider. Tonight I'm going to drink some of the finished product.

About 90 fluid ounces of Knudsen's unfiltered apple juice, extra sugar and yeast has gone through weeks of primary fermentation, secondary fermentation and bottling (yes, everything involved was well-sanitized, before anyone asks) ultimately resulting in cider of roughly 8 percent ABV. Cider which I will be attempt to consume a portion of tonight.


If all goes well and I am not killed or blinded, I may invest in a couple of 5-gallon carboys and do a little bit more of this.
