On days I go to the gym, I have an insatiable hunger that literally interferes with my ability to get through my day. People have told me to make sure I eat protein afterward, stay hydrated, keep my blood sugar up - and I am so vigilant about trying to eat all the smart and correct things so that I am not some sort of feeding monster.
Does anyone have any useful experience or suggestions here?
For the record, I am trying to lose weight (or really, just improve my health) but not calorie-counting or anything - so this isn't about me eating more than I am "supposed to." This is about me literally feeling like I need to eat an entire large mammal inside of the world's largest burrito, and then not even being satisfied after that.
I WANT TO FEED UPON THE FLESH OF BEASTS.
