I am sick of my same old Pilates video. I want something to get a little more variety and some cardio. List of demands:

-Low impact, or at least options for modifying (shitty feet and hip)

-Nothing requiring a serious commitment (not relying in a schedule - like P90x I think?)

-Not yoga. I am up to my eyes in yoga videos and I hate doing them!

-No weird vintage shit that is only available on VHS for either $2 or $80 on eBay

Recommendations?
