My appetite is gone and I couldn't eat all of my delicious Eggwich this morning. In the days before my period, I can eat everything ever made of carbs. I ate an entire football-sized ciabatta loaf in about half an hour once. But now that Aunt Flo has officially moved in for the week, I've got The Bloat and I could not consume more than half a sandwich.
This sandwich had everything: overeasy eggs, bacon, avocado, arugula, tomatoes, and pesto aioli on a tasty (regular sized) ciabatta roll. The other half of it is sitting in a box in the office refrigerator right now, possibly to be stolen by someone else because it was that fucking delicious.
