YAY or NAY: Fat-burning supplements

I'm skinny fat, trying to up my fitness with hot yoga and running but not seeing much difference. Somehow Instagram found out my insecurity and showed me a whole lotta fitness related photos on the Explore page. One photo led to another and I came across a fat burner called Oxyshred. Now I want to get on that shit. Talk me out of it? Or explain to me if it's good?
