I’m vaguely remembering hearing something about planners that not only are calendars but also have you do exercises and visualization to come up with goals. I assume they are meant to be for New Year’s, but I am going through some motivation problems and I was wondering if doing some exercises like that will help me make some plans and goals for the rest of the summer. I’m honestly not sure if what I’m remembering was a website or a paper planner. Does this sound like a thing anyone else has heard of? I’m interested in hearing about anything in this realm of motivational tools.
