Photos that accompany news stories about obesity. Why is it ALWAYS a picture of a headless overweight person, usually wearing ill-fitting clothing that emphasizes their fat? WHY?! It makes me think that the REAL "obesity crisis" is the epidemic of fat people running around with no heads or legs. Because this is all we ever see on the news. As if fat people aren't real, whole people.
