I sauteed 2 diced green onions with a diced anaheim pepper in some butter, then scrambled them with two eggs, and...wait for it...cream cheese. Then served them with a couple of sliced roma tomatoes and a fresh mandarin orange. MmmmMmmmMMMM.

I like eating like this. I always forget how much better I feel mentally and physically when I cut out grains and sugar. Also it forces me to get creative in the kitchen, and voila- sometimes amazingly delicious things happen!
