Stuffed cabbage rolls. Labor intensive, so when I make them, I make several meals worth and freeze some, but oh, so good. Tried a new technique someone suggested - I was told that if I froze the cabbage heads I could peel the leaves off without steaming it. Mmm, not so much. Or at least, not unless you have big cabbage heads with nice smooth leaves and not a lot of wrinkles that get caught on themselves. I'll stick to steaming them. It's not that big a deal. I cook them in my pressure cooker. I remember when my grandma made it she used I cast iron pot and it always scorched. Oh, she would have loved how easy it is in a pressure cooker, especially a nonstick one! Yum.
